When you create the order the Paypal page will generate a username and password for you. I DO NOT DO DOMAIN REGISTRATION. This means that if you want a domain registered you will need to register it. I suggest using namecheap to do it. Once you have registered the domain, you can point the domains name servers to ns1.hexhost.net and ns2.hexhost.net. You can do this with an already existing domain name too.
I do minimal support. Meaning, I will not configure your mail client for you. If you having mail problems try using Secure SMTP for sending. It runs on port 465 and uses SSL to send e-mail. This is about the most support you will get. I am fair though so If you truely do have a problem with the server I can try and fix it. As of right now there are no problems with the server so don’t blame it on the server.

All of this is automated. As soon as your paypal payment goes through it will setup the account and e-mail you the details. Make sure your PAYPAL E-MAIL is valid. It will be the one all of the information is sent to.
